Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be the primary sales resource in the region and a play a significant role in Vaultive’s growth trajectory. The Sales Manager will work closely with the VP of WW Sales to develop and execute on territory plans and business plans with partners, as well as serve as the focal point for customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: You will own all revenue attainment responsibility for region
- Accurately forecast and close business on time
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Channels to maintain, build and plan for a high-performance partner ecosystem to scale out the business
- Partner with Vaultive professional services to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer feedback: You’re a conduit for our customers’ and partners’ current and future needs.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our product offerings

Director of North American Channels
Position available in NY/NJ, DC or Boston areas
Job Description:
Vaultive is dedicated to a channel-driven strategy. The Director of Channels will work closely with the VP of WW of Sales to devise and implement Vaultive’s partner management, with responsibilities to develop measureable business plans and partnership goals. Concurrently, the Director of Channels works closely with the Regional Sales Managers and their teams to drive business in each region, assuring a healthy partner eco-system in each of these.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner relationship development: Identify, profile, qualify, contract, motivate, train, market and drive mutual revenue goals with Vaultive Partners
- Work closely with Partners to assist them in achieving goals for revenue and pipeline growth, training, marketing and incentives
- Build offers & messages with Vaultive Sales & Marketing to meet channel demands
- Provide bi-directional competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and roadmap updates
- Coordinate relationship development between Vaultive Partners & Microsoft Field
- Identify & develop sales, marketing, delivery and information management resources to assist partners with achieving goals
- Monitor, communicate, manage and engage Microsoft Partner Program resources for both benefit to both Vaultive and Vaultive Partners

Experience:

Regional Sales Engineer
Locations: NY/NJ area (Greater New York City Area), Chicago, Bay Area, CA
Job Description:
The Regional Sales Engineer will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to initiate and support the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycles, serving as the sales team’s primary technical resource.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as central technical point-of-contact for customers and prospects
- Take charge, uncover customers’ requirements and lead technical discussions through to success
- Translate customers’ requirements into POC criteria, work closely with our Professional Services team throughout the Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations to assure a wining outcome
- Listen for and document actionable customer requirements necessary to win business
- Present the product to customers at seminars and partners at technical training sessions
- Prepare well-written responses to the functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Attain and maintain a thorough knowledge of Vaultive products, policies and services
- Prove yourself as a subject matter expert with partners and customers
- Travel throughout sales territory (US, International) as needed
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience on enterprise software sales teams providing pre-sales consulting, technical account management with Security and Compliance Solutions
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Thorough understanding of Enterprise IT environments, networking and SaaS; (Messaging, Web Servers and Services, Application Servers, SOA, email eco-systems, etc.)
- Solid experience in security, computer/network security certifications a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise IT security (Crypto, Authentication and Identity Management)
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses

Responsibilities:
- Lead Software Quality Assurance and readiness aspects of the product

Security Expert
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working hand in hand with Vaultive engineering team to address security and product integrity requirements starting from the design phase to the final product pen-testing
- Maintaining research knowledgebase of new cyber threats and attack vectors, and ensuring ongoing internal education efforts as threats emerge and evolve
General Requirements:
- Proven secure design and deployment expertise
- Direct experience with cloud computing environment, cloud applications design, deployment and development
- Familiarity with information security standards, procedures, practices, regulations and policy
Specific Requirements:
- Pen testing experience at both application and network tiers
- Demonstrable understanding of network protocols, notably HTTP, ActiveSync and email exchange(POP3,IMAP, SMTP, etc)
- Good command of Unix and Windows environments
- Good command of programming languages including C/C++, C#, and Python
IT Expert
Roles and Responsibilities:
- System Administration including the setup, operation and ongoing maintenance of the company’s multi-site internal networks, servers and network security systems/policies
- Have first-line responsibility for administration and maintenance of mission critical (Linux) production servers across local and remote data centers
- Partner closely with the Engineering/PS team and assist them in isolating and debugging application/system level configuration and performance problems
- Ensure 24x7x365 operation of the company’s IT infrastructure
Specific Requirements:
